Jeroen Galle

After obtaining my bachelor degree in bioinformatics in 2010, I started my career as a lab technician/bioinformatician at BCCM/LMBP, mainly working with plasmids.

In September 2013 I continued my career at BIOBIX, responsible for the daily management of huge quantities of next-generation sequencing data, being data transfer, safe storage and back-up and automated data-preprocessing.

In addition I am also involved in research, particularly in the “PLASTOSCINE” basic research project attempting to elucidate learning processes in the brain on a molecular level.
